YAY for spring! We are able to be out in the sun, reading with our little buddies and enjoying the fresh air.
We had a fantastic day at the Kelowna Heritage Museum! We spent the morning learning more about the fur trade and sharing what we already have learned. Lunch was a special treat, as we were able to eat in Kasugai Gardens where we say koi fish, a turtle and an osprey! After lunch we returned to the museum to learn about the Gold Rush and collect supplies to then have our own opportunity to try our hand at gold panning.
students have been working on a two page piece which draws the viewer in by giving a sneak-peek at the next page.
